Individual results on copy accounts may differ materially based on broker spreads, execution latency, leverage, swap rates and the equity available at the time of trade replication.

Leverage allows you to control a position significantly larger than your deposited capital. A relatively small market movement against your position can result in losses equal to, or exceeding, your initial investment. Use only leverage levels with which you are personally comfortable.

Tradco Capital does not accept, hold, or have custody of client funds. All capital remains in the client's own brokerage account at a third-party regulated broker. We operate solely under a limited copy-trading authority granted by the client and may be revoked by the client at any time.

A 25% performance fee is calculated on net new profits on a high-water-mark basis. If the strategy does not generate profit during a billing period, no fee is charged. Previously incurred losses must be fully recovered before further fees apply.
