Services are intended for individuals of legal age in their jurisdiction who are permitted to engage in margin Forex and metals trading. You confirm that doing so does not violate any law applicable to you.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Tradco Capital provides a copy-trading signal that replicates trades executed on a master account into client accounts held at a third-party broker. We do not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management beyond the published strategy, or custody of funds.

A 25% performance fee on net new profits applies, calculated on a high-water-mark basis. No management fee, subscription fee or platform fee is charged.

The site and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free execution, or the accuracy of any market data displayed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradco Capital, its officers, employees and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the services or from any trading losses incurred.

You may discontinue the copy-trading link with your broker at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for any client whose conduct breaches these Terms, compromises platform integrity, or fails KYC obligations.

All content, branding, strategy methodology and proprietary indicators displayed on this site are the exclusive property of Tradco Capital and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international financial services law. Disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
