Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about Tradco's three portfolio strategies, automated execution structure, funding, risk and investor account workflow.

Tradco Capital is a private investor platform built around structured portfolio management, primarily across Gold and major Forex markets. Investors can create an account, complete verification, fund their available balance, activate a portfolio, monitor account activity and manage portfolio requests through the investor portal.

After creating an account and completing the required verification steps, an investor submits a funding request. Once approved, the capital is reflected in the investor's available balance. The investor can then activate an eligible Tradco portfolio and monitor its status, account value, transactions, reporting and recorded activity from the dashboard.

Tradco currently presents three core portfolio strategies: Tradco Start, Tradco Advance and Tradco Elite. Each strategy has its own capital range, target profile, allocation approach and risk characteristics.

Each of the three core strategies is operated through two automated trading bots working under the same strategy mandate, target profile and risk parameters. This creates a six-bot operating structure across the three strategies. The two bots within a strategy are part of the same portfolio framework and do not represent a doubled target return or a second investor allocation.

Tradco Start is presented for allocations from $500 to $4,999, Tradco Advance from $5,000 to $24,999, and Tradco Elite from $25,000 and above. Portfolio availability remains subject to the account and onboarding requirements shown on the platform.

The portfolio framework focuses primarily on Gold and major Forex markets. Allocation and exposure vary by portfolio profile and are managed within the platform's defined risk framework.

No. Portfolio targets are objectives, not guarantees. Forex, precious-metals and leveraged market exposure involve substantial risk, and investors may lose part or all of their invested capital. Past or modelled performance should not be treated as a promise of future results.

Tradco uses a structured risk-management framework that may include position sizing, exposure controls, predefined trade exits, portfolio-level monitoring and drawdown controls. Risk cannot be eliminated, and the level of market exposure differs between portfolio profiles.

Funding is handled through the Tradco investor platform. You submit a funding request from your account and follow the approved funding instructions. Once the request is reviewed and approved, the funded amount is reflected in your available balance and can be allocated to an eligible portfolio.

Yes. Investors may open multiple active allocations, including more than one allocation in the same portfolio strategy. Each allocation is tracked independently in the investor account and remains subject to the applicable balance, eligibility and portfolio requirements.

The investor portal is designed to provide visibility into account value, available balance, active portfolio status, transactions, performance reporting, notifications and recorded portfolio activity in one place.

An investor can submit a portfolio closure request from the platform. The request enters the review workflow, and when approved the active portfolio is closed and the eligible portfolio value is returned to the investor's available balance. The platform records the request and its status throughout the process.

Any applicable fees are defined by the terms of the relevant portfolio or investor agreement and should be disclosed before activation. Tradco does not present a fee as applicable to an investor unless it forms part of the terms governing that portfolio relationship.

Performance information should be read according to the label and context shown with it. Illustrative, modelled or internally generated strategy data is not the same as independently audited or externally verified live performance. No performance figure should be interpreted as a guaranteed future return.

Use the Request Access option to create an investor account and begin onboarding. Access to portfolio activation may depend on completing the required account and identity verification steps and meeting the applicable portfolio requirements.
